Living Willow Playground
This Living Willow Playground was commissioned by a small Cheshire Primary School and was part of a series of Creative Art Projects that I lead and which involved all of the Staff and Pupils.
Over the coming years the framework will sprout shoots and further branches that can be trained and woven into the existing withies to thicken and strengthen the whole structure and make an ideal maze or hide and seek game.
I am happy to discuss designs for living willow tunnels, domes and arbours and will construct them for you or will give you instruction to do it yourself!
Living willow structures must be constructed during the winter months when the willow is dormant.
